Immediate hiring in one of our big4 client in Bangalore Role: Data Strategy and Management Consultant Client : Tesco/Takeda Experience : 6+ Years Location: Bangalore Notice Period: 15-30 Days Job Description: Expertise in defining strategy for Data Quality/Data Governance/ Master Data Management/ Data Migration/ Business Intelligence projects Thorough understanding and implementation experience of one or more of the below areas needed: Master Data Management/Data Governance/Data Quality Data Ingestion, ETL, Dimensional Modelling, Data Migration, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, Visualization Ability to assist in assessment and selection of Data Management tools and technologies in the areas of DQ/ DG/ MDM/ ETL/ DWH Expertise in requirement gathering and business analysis in Data Projects Strong track record of End-to-end project/program management/change management is important and working with business stakeholders (senior Managers/Directors) to drive communication regarding risks, governance, project plans/timelines, etc. Experience in planning, tracking, reporting, governance, stakeholder management, budget management etc. Become the Single point of contact for delivery and act as an advocate between the Project team, Product owner, Technical Team. Coordinate with Product/Data Owners on demand planning/forecasting, plan delivery with PMs/stakeholders and partner with respective implementation teams. Understanding of Agile way of working and Scrum methodology of delivering projects. Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, oral and written communication skills are non-negotiable. Ability to rapidly assimilate new information and new techniques. Should be self-driven and proactive as the work involves talking to various teams in a cross-matrix organization and get an understanding of the process and alignment. Preferred: Exposure to tools like Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Informatica MDM, Collibra, Informatica PC/IICS, Talend, etc. Exposure and working knowledge of cloud technologies (ADB/ADF/Synapse) is preferred. It is an added advantage if the candidate has implemented ETL/Enterprise BI/Analytics/Data Management projects on cloud platforms.
