Job Description

Warm greetings from Rivera! We are hiring for a BPO role to support global customers in resolving technical issues, provide product/service information, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Provide first-level customer support and assistance to global customers.
Track, prioritize, and resolve customer requests via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth and effective customer support.

Requirements:

Graduates/ Under grads
Freshers and Expereinced with 1 year experience in international voice.
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
in English.
Ability to handle global customers with professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Prior helpdesk or technical support experience is an advantage.

Required Candidate profile

* Any Graduate/Post Graduates/Undergraduates with minimum of 1 year experience in International voice process mandatory.

*Only Customer Service Experience.
