Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for distributors, systems integrators, dealers, and retail partners.
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
Build strong channel relationships and improve partner productivity and engagement.
Expand market presence and product penetration in assigned states.
Identify new business opportunities in retail, B2B, and institutional segments.
Monitor field performance, conduct regular market visits, and support sales team with on-ground execution.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for improvement and innovation.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Track KPIs such as revenue, growth rate, dealer performance, and market share.

Desired Functional Knowledge & Skills:

Proven track record in inverter, energy meters, or similar product categories.
Strong network of distributors and dealers in the target region.
Ability to travel within the region as needed.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with a strategic mindset and operational efficiency.

Competencies:

Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Electronics and Electrical industry.
Distribution and Retail Sales and Dealer network expansion
Customer Relationship Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or B.Tech/M.Tech in ECE/EEE.
9+ years of total experience in sales, marketing, distribution, and retail network management.
