Role & responsibilities

We are seeking top-performing real estate professionals who can close high-ticket luxury property deals and manage elite clients from digital inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    qualified inbound leads

    (no cold calling).
  • Consult clients on luxury/pre-launch properties.
  • Conduct site visits & close bookings with builder tie-ups.
  • Build long-term relationships with HNI/NRI clients.
  • Track conversions, maintain CRM & achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in

    Luxury Real Estate / Builder Channel Sales.

  • Deep knowledge of

    Noida, Greater Noida or Delhi NCR

    markets.
  • Excellent negotiation & presentation skills.
  • HNI client handling expertise.
  • Own conveyance preferred.
