Key Responsibilities Shopify Store Management Own end-to-end Shopify store operations with direct accountability for sales and revenue growth. Oversee product uploads, inventory management, pricing strategies, promotions, and order flow to maximize revenue objectives. Continuously optimize website design, user experience (UX), and customer journey to drive higher conversions and repeat purchases. Manage integrations with payment gateways, logistics, and third-party apps to ensure smooth operations that support sales growth. Analyze sales performance, monitor revenue KPIs, and prepare actionable reports to guide business decisions. Digital Marketing (Google & Meta Ads) Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other digital platforms. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI. Manage marketing budgets efficiently and track ROI on all paid campaigns. Stay updated with new ad formats, policies, and best practices. Social Media & Content Own brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with design/content teams. Drive engagement, follower growth, and brand storytelling. Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships. Analytics & Growth Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Shopify Analytics to monitor performance. Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights. Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and campaigns. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 6–10 years of experience in e-commerce and D2C businesses, with proven hands-on experience in Shopify and digital marketing. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization. Proven experience in scaling online sales and managing ad budgets. Understanding of SEO, email marketing, and remarketing strategies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
