Accenture is seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process Customer Service Team . The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international voice support or sales process , with a strong ability to handle customer queries, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to sales growth through effective communication. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to support international customers. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently. Perform cold calling and follow up with leads to promote products or services when required. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction). Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 1 to 3 years in an international voice process or sales process . Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or global accent. Proven experience in customer service , customer support , and cold calling . Strong problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (depending on process requirements). Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in BPO / KPO / Contact Center environment. Exposure to international clients (US/UK/Australia). Sales or upselling experience will be an added advantage.
