That looks like a comprehensive list of responsibilities for a Zoho CRM Administrator Zoho CRM Administrator / Developer Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zoho CRM Administrator to design, implement, and maintain our Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a deep technical expert in Zoho CRM and Deluge scripting, capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable, efficient, and robust CRM solutions. This role is critical in driving efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities System Design, Development, and Customization Design, develop, and customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, and workflows to precisely meet evolving business requirements. Build and optimize Deluge scripts, custom functions, and APIs for robust automation and seamless integration across Zoho apps (e.g., Zoho Creator, Books) and third-party systems. Configure and manage CRM workflows, automation rules, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Blueprints, and assignment rules to streamline and enforce standardized business processes. Perform system setup, configuration, and upgrades for Zoho CRM and integrated applications. Administration and Maintenance Administer and maintain the entire Zoho CRM Plus & Zoho One ecosystem, ensuring system efficiency, reliability, and smooth operations for all users. Manage user roles, profiles, and permissions to align precisely with organizational policies and security requirements. Conduct data audits, cleansing, and de-duplication strategies to ensure the highest accuracy and integrity of CRM data. Reporting, Analytics, and Support Develop and implement custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within Zoho to support data-driven decision-making for leadership and operational teams. Provide comprehensive end-user training and support on Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and integrated business applications. Collaborate closely with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, functional CRM solutions. Document technical processes, solutions, and best practices to build a comprehensive knowledge base for faster resolution of recurring issues. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Administrator, Developer, or Consultant. Expert-level proficiency in Deluge scripting for custom functions and integrations. Deep understanding of the Zoho platform, including Zoho CRM Plus and Zoho One . Strong knowledge of CRM best practices, data management, and business process automation. Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP) for connecting Zoho with external systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
