Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Srinagar for an IIT JEE Faculty position. The faculty will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality lessons in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics to students preparing for the IIT JEE examination. Responsibilities include curating study materials, creating practice problems, analyzing student performance, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and ensuring students are well-prepared for competitive exams through effective teaching methodologies. Collaboration with peers for academic planning and contributing to an environment of learning excellence is also expected.

Qualifications

Expert knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics relevant to the IIT JEE syllabus
Strong teaching and presentation skills, as well as the ability to simplify complex concepts for students
Problem-solving, exam pattern analysis, and the creation of practice material
Ability to engage and motivate students to perform their best
Previous experience teaching or mentoring students for competitive exams is preferred
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Science, or Mathematics
