Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers and printers. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting hardware issues, configuring and setting up new computer systems, and ensuring all office equipment is operational. Additional responsibilities may include supporting end users via phone, email, and in-person to resolve any technical issues. Qualifications Experience in supporting Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting Skills in Printer Support Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus
