Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Lead a highly motivated and engaged team, measured by targeted year-on-year improvement in EVM engagement survey results, within the Data Strategy team and broader I&I community). Ensures succession, development, and retention plans are in place and actioned (as appropriate). Responsible for efficient and effective delivery against AMS and client requirements and KPIs, including performance management of I&I Hub team. Leads the I&I Hub team between I&I Hub matrix team environment to deliver on AMS and client contractual requirements. Collaborates with I&I Partner on escalation response and follow-up actions for efficient escalation or problem solutioning, driving key steps to resolve escalation efficiently, supporting necessary communication updates with client stakeholders if required, Build and nurture strong relationships with I&I Hub teams, answering questions and advocating for the Regional I&I Hub operational delivery and performance supporting client contractual requirements. Provide operational insight around I&I Hub delivery to support Regional I&I Hub leadership to create service innovations, identifying opportunities to evolve market leading client solutions. Critical Knowledge, Skills and Experience Demonstratable understanding of I&I Services, Data Literacy, Talent Acquisition and RPO, including subject matter expertise in I&I Tools & Technology and understanding of their use cases and deployment. Team coaching, training and performance management skills to ensure that team are performing at a high standard. Proficiency in resource management, including managing team schedules, workload distribution, and capacity planning to optimize team efficiency and productivity. Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of delivering complex solutions within TA data analytics and/or Business Intelligence, or Talent Intelligence/Insights Strong specialist knowledge in a current or potential future product or service. Demonstrated ability to build a position as a trusted advisor, with first-hand experience as a point of escalation. Ability to deliver results within a complex, matrixed environment, through driving performance across indirect reports and structures.
