Job Description

Test Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans for IFRS17 project
Project Management: Oversee the execution of testing activities for the IFRS17 projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance on best practices, tools, and methodologies for effective testing
Test Automation: Implement and manage test automation frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage for actuarial solutions
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements, identify testing needs, and address issues throughout the development lifecycle
Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of actuarial models and systems through rigorous testing processes and validation techniques
Issue Resolution: Identify, document, and track defects or issues, coordinating with relevant teams to facilitate timely resolution and retesting
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports, ensuring comprehensive documentation of testing activities and results.
