The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing subcontractors, supervising site staff, and coordinating with project managers. Additional responsibilities include monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and maintaining quality control. Qualifications Project management and site supervision experience Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor&aposs degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred Relevant certifications in construction safety and management are a plus Proficiency in construction management software is beneficial Show more Show less
