As an I&F Decision Sci Practitioner Assoc Mgr at Accenture, your role involves delivering breakthrough business outcomes for clients by harnessing talent, data, and intelligence to redefine their operating models. You will be responsible for providing insights about the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures, and policies, making data-driven decisions based on the information collected, and helping HR transition from an operational to a tactical or strategic partner.
