Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving field sales, generating and converting leads into contracts, planning and executing marketing strategies, and supporting the operations team to ensure seamless business growth and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Field Sales and Marketing: Conduct field visits to identify potential clients, promote products/services, and build strong relationships with prospects. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility. Lead Generation and Conversion: Identify and generate high-quality leads through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Qualify leads based on client needs, budget, and decision-making authority. Follow up on leads to convert them into signed contracts, ensuring a smooth sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. Planning and Executing Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Support Operations Team: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of products/services to clients post-contract signing. Act as a liaison between clients and operations to address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide insights from client interactions to improve operational processes and service offerings. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and contracts in the CRM system. . Set and achieve measurable sales and marketing targets in alignment with company goals. Qualifications and Skills: Class 12th as Minimum Education Qualification. Experience - Fresher to 3 years of experience in Security Agency worked as BDE in Security Agency or Business Development Executive at Facility Management Company. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to target audiences. Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings as required. Preferred Attributes: Ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
