Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and compassionate ICU Staff Nurse to provide high-quality critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to patient care. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and assess critically ill patients, recording vital signs and symptoms. Operate and manage ICU equipment, including ventilators, infusion pumps, and patient monitors. Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as per doctor's instructions. Assist in emergency procedures such as CPR, intubation, and code blue response. Implement infection control and safety protocols in the ICU. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals for effective patient care. Provide emotional support and educate patients' families on treatment plans and recovery. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing, GNM) Valid nursing license/registration (as per regulatory requirements) Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) & ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) preferred Strong knowledge of critical care procedures and equipment handling Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in ICU/Critical Care Nursing preferred
