Were building a new-age job platform that connects candidate and employers in real time — designed for web, mobile, and AI-powered features. We’re looking for a hands-on Full-Stack JavaScript Developer who can work across Next.js (web) , React Native (mobile) , and Supabase (backend) to bring this platform to life. You’ll work closely with our designer (Figma AI-based designs ready) and the founding team to deliver a modern, scalable product that will later expand globally. Key Responsibilities Convert Figma UI designs into functional Next.js web app pages. Build and maintain mobile apps using React Native + Expo . Integrate Supabase backend (Auth, DB, Storage, API). Work on modular UI, reusable components, and clean code practices. Optimize app performance (FlatList, caching, lazy loading). Collaborate with design and backend for smooth API integration. Participate in 2-week sprint cycles for feature releases. Deploy web apps (Vercel) and mobile apps (Play Store). Required Skills Frontend: Next.js, React.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript Mobile: React Native (Expo SDK 50+) Backend / Database: Supabase or Firebase / PostgreSQL Other Skills: REST APIs, Git, Deployment (Vercel / Expo) Bonus (Good to Have): Node.js / Express Razorpay / Stripe Integration OpenAI / Gemini API knowledge Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in React / Next.js / React Native development. Good understanding of database and API integration. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering / related field. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
