🚀 Join Our Team as Assistant Manager - Industrial Engineering! Are you a seasoned Industrial Engineer with a passion for driving efficiency through advanced simulation and Lean methodologies? We are looking for a leader to optimize our global manufacturing operations. What You'll Do: Simulation & Optimization: Lead the development and validation of Discrete Event Simulation (DES) models using FlexSim (preferred) or equivalent tools. This includes creating and optimizing AGV simulation models to manage traffic and material flow. Primary responsibility will be to extensively work on optimizing material flow using simulation software. Process Improvement: Apply core IE methodologies like Cycle Time Analysis, MTM, Ergonomics, and Value Stream Mapping. Utilize Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, Poka-Yoke, etc.) to eliminate waste and boost operational efficiency. Data & Digital Integration: Integrate simulation outputs with Power BI dashboards for decision-making. Leverage SQL, C++, and other object-oriented programming languages to customize models. Collaborate with smart factory and automation teams for digital integration. Leadership: Lead complex simulation projects from concept to delivery. Manage multiple projects across various locations and mentor team members on simulation best practices. What We're Looking For: Experience: 8–10 years of experience in Industrial Engineering and Discrete Event Simulation (DES). Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Key Skills: Proficiency in FlexSim / Plant Simulation or equivalent software. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and IE fundamentals. Exposure to Power BI, SQL, and programming languages (C++, Python). Proven project management and strong leadership qualities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
