Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote IT support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, networking equipment, servers, and IT infrastructure components. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain: Desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and IT peripherals Operating systems (Windows/Linux), drivers, and software applications Manage and support LAN/WAN , routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configurations. Provide support for Microsoft O365, email configuration, and backup solutions . Perform system upgrades, patch updates, antivirus monitoring, and security compliance. Respond to user tickets, diagnose issues, and provide timely resolution. Provide remote and on-site support depending on client requirements. Maintain service logs, asset/incident documentation, and SLA compliance. Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for warranty claims, AMC activities, and escalations. Support backup and recovery tools as per company or client processes. Assist in IT infrastructure setup for new users or project deployments. Required Skills & Technical Knowledge Desktop / Laptop troubleshooting Windows OS installation & configuration Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Active Directory, domain join & policy understanding (preferred) Antivirus, firewall, and security system awareness Printer & peripheral support Remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP, etc.)
