IBS Engineering Senior Specialist

Role Overview: As an IBS Engineering Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud across Amadeus Travel and Hospitality Business Units. Your focus will be on delivering scalable, compliant, and innovative digital marketing solutions using automation and artificial intelligence. Key Responsibilities: - Support the transition from the current marketing platform to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring smooth data migration and integration with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Data Cloud, and other systems. - Administer and govern Marketing Cloud, including user roles, permissions, domain management, and compliance with data privacy regulations such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). - Design and execute marketing campaigns using tools like Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio, and support advanced use cases using SQL, AMPscript, and APIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile practices to align platform capabilities with business goals and continuously improve solution delivery. - Develop training materials and support onboarding for end users, while resolving technical issues and ensuring data quality within the Marketing Cloud platform. Qualifications Required: - University degree in a scientific field or equivalent work experience. - 8+ years of experience with Salesforce, including 5+ years working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Experience transitioning from other marketing platforms to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and working with tools such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio. - Familiarity with SQL, AMPscript, APIs, and integrations with Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud. - Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
