Job Description

Exp: 5+ years Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad (Remote) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ISAM Engineer to join our operational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining integrated strategies and solutions with a focus on Web Access Management services. This role involves working with core technologies such as Ping, IBM ISAM (IBM Security Verify Access), and Federation Services. Key Responsibilities: Develop, troubleshoot, configure, and maintain Web Access Management solutions. Identify opportunities to leverage single sign-on security for cost containment/reduction. Support and provide guidance on Web Access Management Systems applications and integrations. Document integration, design, and SSO features of solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance for internal and external customer engagements. Assist in automation and building repeatable patterns for consumption. Manage small to large enterprise infrastructure projects from requirements gathering to post-implementation. Optimize the performance and availability of the Web Services environment through monitoring, patching, software tools, and process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience. Experience with installing, upgrading, and configuring ISAM/Security Access Manager/WebSEAL version 7.x, ISAM 9-10. Extensive experience in federation using SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, REST, and OAuth standards. Strong understanding of SDS and experience managing HA replicas. Experience managing environments with 500K-1MM external users. Expertise in Access Management: Web security, Authentication, Authorization, Kerberos, Session Management, Web Proxy, and Risk-Based Access. Understanding of microservices-based architecture, API-based system integration, and Web Services cloud Identity & Access. Experience working in a hybrid cloud environment and knowledge of Cloud Principles. Knowledge of enterprise network security technologies including firewalls, IDS, IPS, NAC, WAF, and Web Proxies. Working knowledge of Certificate/CA/PKI infrastructure. Excellent understanding of cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions and their Access Management needs. Good understanding of a zero-trust network environment. Nice to Have: Knowledge in scripting and code development such as PowerShell, Ansible, Java, .NET, etc. Experience in automating developments by code.
