Hiring Position: IBM BPM Developer Employment Type: Contract (6 Months)-Hybrid Location: Chennai, Bangalore (On-site) Experience: 7+ Years Role Description: Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM BPM development Must have experience in developing complex processes and end-to-end solutions Strong experience in consuming REST APIs Technical Skills: Expertise in IBM BPM 8.6 UI framework Strong knowledge of CSHS and integration services Experience with BPD design and process application deployments Good understanding of Oracle RDBMS and integration with IBM BPM Advanced knowledge of events and gateways Familiarity with ODM and BPM integration Expertise in exception handling at process and service levels Functional Skills: Experience in Banking, Financial, and Fintech domains preferred Strong knowledge of coding best practices, security, unit testing, and documentation Hands-on experience in Agile methodology Ability to ensure high-quality technical and application architecture Research-driven approach to benchmarking best-in-class technologies Soft Skills: Ability to influence multiple teams with deep technical knowledge Self-motivated and capable of driving initiatives without supervision Strong interpersonal skills to interact and present ideas to senior management Excited about this opportunity?
