Role will include designing and developing BPM solutions in IBM BPM/BAW and ensuring a reliable and timely delivery of the code to the customer as per the requirements. They will not only be technically savvy but also have mastered the art of delivering customer solutions that meet their future requirements. The candidate will blend their analytical, solutions-focused approach with a service-oriented attitude. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Diploma/Degree related to Information Technology or equivalent experience. Experience Required 6+ years broad experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing the code to create the solutions. Experience in migrating from IBM BPM to IBM BAW is value add. Technical Skills: BPM/BAW (BPEL, BPMN) and JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOAP JSON, IBM BAW REST Calls Proven ability to work effectively as both a team leader and as a member of a small team of technical staff working in an agile development environment. Workflow design principles Proactive, customer-focused, solutions-oriented, analytical Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
