India Analytics Group Analyst : Summary of Role

Roles & Responsibilities of the Analyst position:

q Work on assignments involving running news runs and screens, company profiling, and industry research

q Perform financial and merger modelling, after thorough perusal of annual reports

q Perform detailed financial and market analysis

q Perform valuations including trading and transaction comparable analysis, absolute valuation etc.

q Prepare client pitch books

q Prepare credit memos and other materials

q Work with Debt or Equity Capital Market teams

q Work very closely and in a coordinated manner with colleagues in other Nomura offices around the globe
