Description
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your program management and leadership expertise in the forefront of identity and access management (IAM). You'll work alongside resourceful, innovative, and diligent teammates. You'll spearhead the IAM program, ensuring seamless identity lifecycle management and access control across our digital landscape. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (HR, Sourcing, Master Data managers, Digital service, business representatives), optimizing resources capacity, managing budgets, and delivering solutions on time. You'll specifically take care of coordinating multiple IAM projects, managing risks, and ensuring the alignment of deliverables with the program's outcomes, but also overseeing the transition from project to operational status. We'll look to you for: Global program delivery and reporting Effective risk and issue management, with corrective action planning Dynamic program coordination across departments Maintaining adherence to Alstom Project methodology Resource management and partner relationship maintenance Contributing to the evolution of the IAM service portfolio All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
