Job Description

About The Role

Be the subject matter expert and the reference point for the Access Management team.

Perform user access management by provisioning or de-provisioning user access.

Represent the team in meetings as required.

Demonstrate knowledge of Access Review/Attestation Management.

Manage folder access permissions.

Implement privileged access controls.

Ensure closure of raised incidents.

Handle queries related to password resets, login issues, etc.

Monitor the request queue and team mailboxes, review and follow SOP procedures to add, edit, or delete specific accesses for specific systems as requested.

Respond to general questions about access requests.

Follow up with required approvers/stakeholders for approvals or clarifications through phone, email, or tickets.

Contribute to the Knowledge Management Database by recording events, problems, and their resolutions in the knowledge base/SOP.

Read and review standard operating procedures and required training materials. Create additional documentation as needed to support the process.

Engage in knowledge transfer sessions for any newly onboarded application that comes under the scope of user access management.

Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.

Create KPIs for BAU processes.

Possess experience in Active Directory group management.

Demonstrate knowledge of ‘least privilege’ methodology with access permissions.
