Our Insights and Advisory team plays a crucial role in providing strategic guidance and data driven insights to organizations. By analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data, our team helps decision-makers make informed choices that can positively impact their organization's performance and bottom line. We work across diverse industries and sectors like Technology, Industrials, Energy, Chemicals, Life Sciences and Logistics, including market research, strategy, sales and marketing, R & D, and more.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

• Lead the design and delivery of evidence-based frameworks to quantify development impact across sectors and portfolios.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align results frameworks, conduct sector performance diagnostics, integrate financial efficacy analysis, and transform complex datasets into strategic insights.
• Guide cross-functional teams, ensuring methodological rigor.
• Develop scalable tools and models to support investment decisions and policy actions.
• Shape the measurement, communication, and integration of impact into decision-making across the ecosystem.

What were We are looking for:

• A strategic thinker with 812 years of experience in impact measurement, monitoring & evaluation, development consulting, and data-driven program strategy.
• Strong ability to connect sector outcomes with financial flows, interpret complex datasets, and build actionable insights for senior decision-makers.
• Valued experience in results frameworks, health or development sector diagnostics, and policy-linked analytics.
• Ability to operate at both conceptual and execution levels, driving methodology, mentoring teams, engaging with leadership, and refining our approach to impact accounting as a repeatable, scalable capability.
• Preferred education in the social sector.
