Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with the company’s strategic goals and market opportunities. Lead the product management team in the planning, development, and execution of new products and enhancements to existing products. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the development of market-leading products that meet customer needs. Collaborate with other C-level executives to integrate product strategies with company-wide initiatives, including marketing, sales, and technology. Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights in product development. Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring products achieve planned goals. Engage with customers and key stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product offerings. Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product team, monitoring performance to ensure targets are met. Required qualification: Proven experience as a CPO or in a similar senior product management role, preferably within the gaming, i-gaming, or fin-tech sectors. Demonstrated ability to lead a product team and drive product strategy in a competitive market. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and persuade stakeholders. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in product management are highly advantageous. Experienced in tech/product industries, familiar with Asian markets and working styles. Prefer candidates willing to relocate to Thailand (or Vietnam ).
