Hyland One Content / OnBase Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hyland One Content / OnBase Specialist to support, maintain, and optimize our enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Hyland One Content and/or OnBase software, with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows, document management, and system integrations. This role will play a key part in ensuring compliance, supporting regulatory requirements, and improving operational efficiency across our hospital network.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Hyland One Content / OnBase applications.
• Lead and support migration projects (e.g., OnBase to One Content) and consolidation of multiple instances into a single enterprise platform.
• Collaborate with clinical, HIM, IT, and operational teams to design and optimize workflows.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations with EMRs (e.g., Paragon, Sunrise, Epic, etc.).
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption.
• Work with vendors (Hyland, Altera, etc.) on troubleshooting, escalations, and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS) through secure document management and audit-ready reporting.
• Develop and maintain system performance metrics, dashboards, and process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Information Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience with Hyland One Content and/or OnBase administration.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare document management workflows and compliance requirements.
• Experience with database management (SQL/Oracle) and system integrations.
• Proven track record of supporting ECM migrations and consolidations.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a healthcare environment (hospital or health system).
• Familiarity with EMR systems (Paragon, Sunrise, Epic, Meditech, etc.).
• Hyland certifications such as OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA), OnBase Certified Installer (OCI), or One Content-specific certifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
