Designation- Manager QHSE (South Region) Report to- AGM - QHSE Experience Minimum 8 Years (Industrial Catering) Qualification - B- Tech in Food Technology CTC - Budgeted 6 Lacs Role Requirement Able to Implement all Hygiene, safety and environmental Policies and procedures. Knowledge of FSSAI guidelines. QHSE Legal Compliances. Knowledge of Safe Work Practices, PPE, Manual Lifting, Slip trip and Fall, Awareness of PRPs, OPRPs, GHP & GMP. Candidate is aware of food safety compliances required for commercial kitchen. Corrective actions need to be taken in case of food incident. awareness about food traceability and food recall or food recall mock procedure. Has worked and prepared the RCA & CAPA Report Has worked and aware of FSSAI license application procedure. Must aware about CP & CCP. HACCP decision tree. Aware about the preliminary steps & principles of HACCP control measures to use to prevent all the types of hazards in the food. Knowledge about incident/ accident/ Near Miss/ Unsafe Act/ Unsafe Action/ First aid process. QHSE audit procedure and checklists. Different type of fire class & fire extinguishers used in different class of fire, Assembly Area, etc. Vendor Audits Checklists and Procedure awareness. Food and Oil Disposal and segregation record maintenance Procedure. Team Player, Coordinate with multiple functions for Process Implementations. Liasoning with Food Department and Food Safety Officers. Good Relationship and communication skills. Knowledge of Computers specially Word, Excel and Power point is must.
