Job Description

An experienced Hydraulic Application Engineer with 3 to 5 years experience in providing technical support ( product, solution, solve customer problems) to mobile hydraulics, industrial, off highway customers OEMs, End Users, Channel Partners. Role & responsibilities : To be responsible for managing technical relations with Customers OEMs, End Users, Channel Partners Contribute to opportunity generation, development, and implementation of customized product solutions To perform Application Reviews on machines & equipment Work on customer key pain areas and develop solutions that can improve performance and result in business Obtain customer’s product approvals in line with proposals, drawings, sample submitted and completed sample tests Monitor customer approval tests conducted on samples at customer’s premises/installations Maintain close relationships with customer’s engineering /technical department To share technical requirements and common trend in the market to product development to steer new designs Monitor competitor activities in respect of products and technical development To attend to field service technical complaints To perform root cause analysis of product related problems & resolve complaints conclusively at customers To develop and execute external technical trainings Desired profile: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or a related field. Experience of technical support for hydraulic products and solutions to mobile hydraulics, industrial, off highway applications Proven Track Record of managing technical relations with Customers OEMs, End Users, Channel Partners Should be able to engage technically and maintain close relationships with customer’s engineering /technical department
