Key responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts

  : Plan, design, and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional and API testing, for e-commerce applications.

  : Coordinate and mentor QA engineers, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure quality standards are met.

• Collaborate with teams

  : Work with cross-functional teams like developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define specifications.

• Improve processes

  : Drive improvements in testing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Report on quality

  : Collect, analyze, and report on QA metrics and statistics to stakeholders.

• Manage risks

  : Manage complex test scenarios and regression testing to ensure quality and stability. 

Required skills and qualifications

• Experience

  : Extensive experience in software testing, with a specific focus on e-commerce and SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) environments. Typically requires 8-14 years of experience.

• Technical Skills

  : Proven expertise in functional and API/web service testing. Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is also required.
