Job Title: Site Engineer HVAC Office Location: Warje Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Construction / Engineering Department: HVAC Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer in HVAC to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of HVAC systems on-site, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest quality, within budget, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of HVAC work. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes. Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve any technical issues related to HVAC systems. Provide technical guidance and support to contractors and field technicians. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and safety records. Perform testing and balancing of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment as per project requirements. Oversee system commissioning, conduct performance checks, and provide final handover documentation to the client. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and commissioning. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and related software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and HVAC standards (ASHRAE, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in HVAC (e.g., LEED, ASHRAE, or similar).
