Job Title : Senior MEP Engineer - Buildings Domain : Building Servies, HVAC Job Location : Pune Experience : 5-10 Years Education : BE / B.Tech (Mechanical) Employment Type : Full Time Roles & Responsibilities: Design planning of evaluation and preliminary planning from the client. Design, Analysis and Calculations for HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting, Ventilation other mechanical systems. Heat load & Ventilation calculations, Duct and Pipe sizing, Equipment capacity sizing & selection of equipments (AHU, ADS) Review and checking of prepared 3D models and P&IDs. Preparation of a reports and documents list (drawings and calculations). Approval planning in deep coordination with the client to fulfil the requirements of the authorities. Provide Technical Guidance to Junior Engineers and BIM modeler. Ensure compliance with IGER’s Quality Management Procedures. Deliver projects on time and to quality and budget. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on Mechanical and Plumbing systems. At least 5 years of experience in designing and calculating Mechanical and Plumbing systems using Revit MEP for modeling and appropriate calculation tools. Strong understanding of NFPA, UPC, IBC, CPC, NBC, ASHRAE codes. Must have experience with projects from Europe or Middle East. Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential. Excellent leadership and team player with strong interpersonal skills. Collaborative skills with clients, stakeholders, project management, and design teams Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with new technologies. Software Skills: Trane Trace 700, HAP, E20 Autodesk Navisworks, Trimble BIM 360
