What You’ll Do Maintain daily financial records, ledgers, MIS reports, and dashboards. Handle complete GST lifecycle—GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other statutory filings. Reconcile heavy-volume transactions from payment gateways. Validate driver earnings, commissions, incentives, and ensure timely payouts. Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements—P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow. Support internal and statutory audits; ensure audit-ready books at all times. Work closely with the tech team to ensure financial data integrity across systems. Bring in automation ideas to reduce manual work and improve accuracy. What We’re Looking For Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong accounting and taxation expertise. Solid experience in GST, TDS, reconciliation, and financial controls. Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools like Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks. Experience working with transaction-heavy systems is a big plus. Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills. A go-getter who takes ownership, doesn’t need chasing, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Good to Have Prior startup experience—comfortable with lean teams and rapid iteration. Understanding of payment gateway ecosystems & settlement processes. Experience in mobility, logistics, or marketplace platforms. Why Join Us?
