Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Human Resources Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and facilitating training and development programs. Qualifications Skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments Proficiency with HR software and tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
