Human Resources Specialist

As a Human Resource Specialist at Secure Logic India Pvt Ltd., your role involves various responsibilities related to recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations. You will be expected to administer and enforce company policies, conduct job analyses, screen and interview candidates, provide orientation and training to new employees, manage employee records and benefits, resolve workplace disputes, and stay updated on employment law and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and enforce company policies and procedures related to hiring, firing, and employee relations. - Conduct job analyses, develop job descriptions, and update them as necessary. - Screen and interview candidates for open positions, and provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers. - Onboard new employees, provide orientation and training, and act as a consultant to help them onboard effectively. - Manage employee records and benefits, including health insurance and leave encashment. - Investigate employee complaints, resolve workplace disputes, and administer disciplinary procedures and terminations. - Stay up-to-date on employment law, best practices, and key HR metrics. - Source potential candidates from various online channels and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs. - Monitor HR metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Masters degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. - 3-6 years of experience in human resources, preferably focusing on employee relations. - Strong understanding of employment law, excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handle sensitive information with discretion, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. - Experience in IT recruitment and end-to-end process knowledge in hiring and exit processes is preferred. - Completion of MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
