Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Pune. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and procedures. Daily responsibilities include overseeing employee benefits, managing personnel records, recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role also involves supporting HR management in performance reviews, resolving workplace conflicts, and identifying opportunities for employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Human Resources, Human Resource Management, and Personnel Management
• Strong understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR practices and managing employee relations
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior HR experience is preferred, and familiarity with labor laws will be an added advantage
