Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Specialist, based in Nagpur. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling personnel management processes, and improving HR operations. Key tasks include overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, conducting employee performance evaluations, and addressing workplace needs to build a positive and productive environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
• Expertise in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage on-site HR operations effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate or administrative services industry is a plus
