Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Srinagar. The Human Resources Specialist will manage daily HR tasks, develop and implement HR policies, oversee employee benefits, and handle personnel management responsibilities. Other responsibilities will include collaborating with management and employees to foster a positive workplace and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations.
