Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist at Daftar Route. The role is primarily located in Gurugram but allows for some work from home. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overall HR functions. QualificationsHuman Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies knowledgeExperience in managing employee benefits and personnel managementStrong understanding of HR functions and practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively About the job: Roles & Responsibilities ο Design and deploy the HR strategy aligned to business plans. ο Ensure operating expenses for HR are within the allocated budgets ο Responsible for driving cost optimization projects in line with the business requirements and monitoring their output. ο Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build and uplift morale, and increase productivity and retention. ο Implement an efficient way of identifying and acquiring talents to meet the organizational needs, focusing on long-term workforce and succession planning ο Implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. ο Develop talent management strategies to identify and nurture key talents within the organization. Employee Relations ο To manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations and offer counselling to employees when required Performance Management: ο Implement performance management systems to ensure continuous improvement, aligned with organizational goals. ο Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting performance goals for their Team. ο Define KRAβs and KPIβs for all staff ο Implement Rewards and recognition upon performance review ο To conduct a periodical performance review of staff, for monitoring performance of staff in line with the set KRAβs and KPIβs ο Design career plans/career ladder for staff Compliance: ο Please ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations applicable to the Company. Employee Benefits: ο To review the current benefits and implement attractive compensation & benefits, which will attract and retain more talent, which will in turn see output in the results of the company HR Policies and Procedures: ο Contribute to developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices. ο Provide regular reports to senior management on HR-related metrics and trends. Qualifications & Skills Requirements ο Graduate in any stream with an MBA /Diploma in HR from a reputed institute. ο Good communication Skills (Verbal and written) ο Should be a strong team leader /player, training, guiding, and motivating teams of professionals towards maximum productivity with exceptional consensus building, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, analytical mind, and comprehensive problem detection/ solving abilities ο Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoho CRM, and other HR automation Key Strength Areas Human Resource Development, Performance Appraisal, Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Training & Development, Office Administration.
