🚀 We’re Hiring | Manager – HR Operations & Talent Management

📍 Location: Noida | 🕒 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (5.5 Days Working)

💼 Experience: 8–12 Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR operations – onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, compliance, documentation

• Oversee and execute end-to-end payroll operations, salary processing, and tax compliance

• Manage complete employee lifecycle – performance reviews, benefits, policy adherence

• Ensure labor law compliance and maintain a positive workplace culture

• Build & optimize HR processes for scalability and automation

• Drive learning & development programs aligned to business goals

• Lead HR initiatives like employee engagement, retention, and audits

🎓 What You Bring:

• 8–12 years of HR experience with 2–3 years in a managerial role

• Strong command over HRIS systems, payroll, and statutory laws

• Excellent communication, analytical thinking & process orientation

• Bachelor's in HR / Business Administration; HR certifications (SHRM, PHR) are a plus
