Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, based in Mumbai. The HR Manager will oversee and enhance the recruitment process, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment regulations. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, executing training sessions, and fostering positive organizational culture. The HR Manager will also handle performance management, benefits administration, and other HR functions to support the company’s operational and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
Expertise in Performance Management and Employee Relations
Skills in Policy Development, Compliance Management, and HR Administration
Ability to design and implement effective Training and Development programs
Strategic thinking and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR software and tools
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
Demonstrated leadership experience in HR management
