**Human Resources Manager – Chain of Schools (Travel-Ready)** * **Strategic HR Leadership:** Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the educational goals and objectives of the school network. * **Recruitment & Staffing:** Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain qualified educators and administrative staff across all schools. * **Policy Development & Compliance:** Ensure adherence to educational regulations and labor laws; develop and update HR policies and procedures. * **Performance Management:** Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate staff effectiveness and support professional growth. * **Training & Development:** Coordinate professional development programs to enhance staff skills and competencies. * **Employee Relations:** Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication. * **Compensation & Benefits:** Manage salary structures and benefits programs to ensure equity and competitiveness. * **HR Information Systems:** Maintain accurate employee records and utilize HRIS for efficient data management. * **Travel Between Campuses:** Regularly visit different school locations to oversee HR operations, conduct training sessions, and ensure consistent policy implementation. * **Collaboration with Leadership:** Work closely with school leaders to align HR practices with organizational objectives.
