Human Resources Manager

Role Overview: As the Human Resources (HR) Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. Your primary focus will be to work closely with leadership to ensure HR policies and procedures support the company's goals, foster a positive work environment, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Your role will encompass talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees - Handle employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture - Implement and oversee performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity - Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance - Administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent - Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and industry regulations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity Please note that this is a full-time position based on an in-person work location.,
