Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Human Resources Manager at Omniful. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. QualificationsRecruitment, Training, and Performance Management skillsStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR policiesEmployee Relations and Conflict Resolution skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in HR software and systemsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field This is a full time in office opportunity.
