Job Title: HR Manager Department: Human Resources Location: Thrissur Job Summary: The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all human resource functions within the manufacturing plant, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, statutory compliance, training & development, and labor law adherence. HR Operations Qualifications & Experience: MBA in HR or related field. 6–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup. Strong understanding of labor laws, factory act, and statutory compliance.
