Human Resources Manager

Talent & People Operations

• Own end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing & closing
• Build strong onboarding and employee engagement programs
• Drive retention through performance management systems and growth frameworks
• Handle employee lifecycle management: joining to exit

HR Operations & Compliance

• Manage payroll coordination and HRMS systems
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, bonus, leave, labor laws)
• Own HR policies, documentation and audits
• Manage exits, settlements, and compliance reporting

Culture & Engagement

• Lead internal communication and company culture initiatives
• Drive wellness programs, performance reviews and feedback cycles
• Handle grievances and employee relations with fairness and discretion
  

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources (startup / D2C preferred)
• Strong in hiring, compliance, payroll & HR operations
• Experience using HRMS and payroll tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High ownership, structure-loving, and execution-driven mindset
