Job Description : As an IT Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing HR functions within the IT department, driving talent acquisition, development, and employee relations. Your role will be critical in supporting the company’s IT strategy through effective HR practices, ensuring the team is well-staffed, engaged, and aligned with the organization's goals. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage the recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates with a focus on technical skills and cultural fit. Collaborate with IT department leaders to understand team needs and develop staffing strategies. Oversee employee onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives within the IT department. Manage employee relations within the IT team, addressing concerns, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting employee engagement. Implement performance management systems, including evaluations and feedback for IT employees. Stay updated with trends in HR technology and IT industry needs to continuously improve recruitment and HR processes. Work closely with the leadership team to ensure IT policies align with organizational goals and standards. Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies. Develop and manage HR initiatives that support employee retention and growth within the IT function. Create and manage compensation and benefits plans for IT employees, ensuring competitiveness in the market. Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and support management in performance improvement processes. Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT Management, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT or technology-related environment. Strong understanding of IT roles and technical skills requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage recruitment processes for technical roles and build relationships with IT professionals. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex employee relations issues. Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications : Master’s degree in Human Resources, IT Management, or related field. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI). Experience with IT-specific recruitment platforms and tools.
