Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ratlam. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits, and fostering a positive work environment.
