Company Description Jital Solution Private Limited is an India-based circular-economy company turning today’s organic “waste” into tomorrow’s high-value resources. Founded by a team of sustainability-driven engineers, biologists and business strategists, we design and operate end-to-end systems for Black Soldier Fly (BSF) protein production, DDGS trading and allied waste-to-value technologies. We are setting up a factory in Dhar, M.P.,India in partnership with an internation thailand based compamy. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager/Admin. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing the recruitment and selection process, overseeing employee relations, performance management, training and development, as well as ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Additionally, the HR Manager will support talent management, compensation and benefits administration, and foster a positive working environment. Qualifications Experience in human resources management, employee relations, and performance management Proficiency in talent acquisition, recruitment, and selection processes Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance Strong skills in training and development, as well as talent management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the agri/biotech industry is a plus Proficiency with HR software and tool Show more Show less
